Acme-People-Search.com provides entrepreneurs with a really cool, niche search engine ("NSE") for earning commissions by promoting affiliate products ("Service"). By using our Service, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. Only one NSE account per person is allowed. You agree to provide valid contact information (first name, last name, phone number) when creating your account, and to maintain your account with valid contact information. You understand that your account may be disabled without notice if you provide invalid contact information.
2. You agree not to promote your NSE in any manner that we, in our sole discretion, may consider objectionable. Basically, if it looks or feels spammy, it probably is. If you're not sure, ask us first. You are not allowed to use our domain names in any email or PPC marketing. We want you to succeed, but not at the expense of our reputation.
3. We guarantee commissions of at least $125.00 within 24 hours of us starting your free advertising. We will advertise your NSE for free until we have credited your NSE account with $125.00 (typically 24 - 48 hours). To increase your earnings, you must be willing to LEARN how to earn. (This is not a "get-rich-quick" program!)
4. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our Service. If you do, we will do everything in our power to out you and shut you down, starting with your web host, the DMCA, any affiliate programs involved (i.e. GDI) and any advertising services involved (i.e. Google). 7. If you choose to brand your NSE with its own domain name, it must be with a Web host and configuration that we support. We ask for your FTP username and password so we can upload your NSE to your site. You agree to let us store your FTP username and password for the sole purpose of updating your NSE and Presell Pages.
8. So that we can regularly update your self-hosted NSE and Presell Pages, you agree to keep your NSE account updated with your current FTP username and password. If we cannot login to your web site to update your NSE or Presell Pages, your Display Rate may be reduced to 35%.
9. "Display Rate" means how often your affiliate links are displayed when people perform a search at your NSE. To maximize your earnings, we suggest that you maintain a Display Rate of 100%. If you choose a Display Rate less than 100%, your referrer's affiliate links will also be shown when people use your NSE.
10. All affiliate programs have minimum payment thresholds before commissions can be paid. Earnings are held until the minimum payment threshold is reached. The minimum payment threshold for our referral program is $200.00. If we credit your NSE account with the guaranteed $125.00, you must earn at least $75.00 to be paid.
11. While we strive for the highest standards possible, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any failures, delays, or interruptions in maintaining your NSE. We are not responsible for any financial or other losses suffered by you as a result of using or advertising your NSE.
